Scope of application:
It is suitable for fire resistant cable with no more than 600/1000v and 20mm in diameter, and whether the line integrity is maintained under fire condition. The test machine contains fire resistance test, water - spraying fire test and mechanical fire resistance test.
Meet the standard:
Comply with BS6387:2013 "Test method for resistance to fire of cables required to maintain circuit integrity under fire conditions" standard requirements.
Compliance with BS8491 "fire resistance integrity assessment method for large diameter power cables for smoke and thermal control systems and other specific fire safety systems" requirements.
Main parameters:
Fire resistance test: sample support device: the specimen bracket has three brackets, the inner diameter of the metal ring is about 150 mm, and is made by the round steel rod of diameter (10) mm. The test sample is placed on the torus loop, the sample end is clamped to prevent movement, and the other side is supported to allow the specimen to be moved longitudinally due to thermal expansion.
Water resistance test: sample support device: the test is connected to a metal support body consisting of a steel bar with two wide 25mm, 1150mm plus or minus 25mm and a thickness of 5.5mm.
Mechanical vibration and fire resistance test: mechanical vibration device: the cable is fixed on a vertical wall, fixed to the steel plate with heat-proof and non-combustible materials. Wall and its installation: the wall is composed of heat-resistant and flame retardant materials, and is fixed on two horizontal steel beams, one at the top of the plate and the other at the bottom of the plate. This board is about 900mm long, 300 mm wide, 9 mm thick, and the total weight of the wall (namely the slab support frame) is 10 plus or minus 2 kg.
