Standard:

Compliance with GJB1916-1994 standard requirements for the test of toxic index in section 4.5.37 of the general specification for low-smoke cable and soft line of ships.

Scope of application:

The toxicity of the combustion products is determined by a small group of molecules that are produced by a small amount of material sample under the prescribed conditions and in excess air.

Main parameters:

1. Test chamber: by a volume of 0.7 m after internal lining in opaque plastic films, such as polypropylene sealed box body, and is equipped with a transparent plastic panels, such as the polycarbonate) of the hinged door or sliding doors.

2. Pumping system: the test box is equipped with a forced pumping system which can be shut off in the test box when needed.
