Overview
The mask gas exchange pressure difference tester (gas exchange pressure difference tester) is based on the test principle of the standard YY0469-2011 "Technical Requirements for Medical Surgical Masks", which uses a differential pressure sensor to achieve the pressure difference detection between the internal pressure and the external pressure of the placed mask. It is equipped with special tooling devices to achieve the test sealing performance of the product. It is mainly used for measuring the gas exchange pressure difference of medical surgical masks / mask fabrics, and can also be used to measure the gas exchange pressure difference of other textile materials.

Test principle
· Adopt a vacuum pump, and use the vacuum pump to achieve the power source for the test product.
· Use tooling fixture to measure the internal and external pressure of the product, built-in differential pressure sensor.
· The case adopts the form of an integrated machine with a built-in vacuum pump and a digital display meter to realize automatic detection and automatic display of pressure.
· Equipped with special tooling fixtures to facilitate clamping and testing products.
